Questions we hear every week
Do you post prices online?
No. Every roof and every project is different, so we walk it first and bid it in writing. You get one number for the whole job, the scope written out, and a list of what is included and what is not.
What do I get after you inspect my roof?
A written inspection report with photographs of what we found, what the evidence shows and a recommended course in order of priority. It names what we could not see. There is no price in it, and a proposal follows only if you ask for one.
Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?
Yes, in writing. We photograph what we find, we name what we could not see, and we put the recommendation in writing before anyone talks about money.
What warranty do you give?
Roofing work carries a 10 year workmanship warranty, and every bid spells out the workmanship warranty for its own trade, starting at substantial completion. Materials carry the manufacturer warranty. The full schedule is on our warranty page.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability and workers compensation. A certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available on request.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Hablamos español, from the first call to the final walkthrough.
